I've been following the case of Rafael Chavez Gonzalez, and I can't stop thinking about how distinct he must have looked with his left arm amputated. I feel like someone in the area must have seen something back in 2013, even if they didn't realize it at the time. Highway 1 and Calendar Road is a route frequented by both local travelers and tourists, so there's a chance someone noticed him that day. I wonder if any businesses with cameras in the area might have unintentionally captured footage that could provide clues, even if it’s just of Rafael walking past. Maybe it's time to revisit those possibilities, given how much technology and video enhancement have advanced since then. Thoughts?
