Did anyone catch the interview with Jerry from the barbershop on the news last night? It was so moving to hear him talk about how much Meat meant to everyone in the community. It's such a tragic loss. Jerry mentioned that Roennell wasn't just a barber, but a friend and a mentor to so many young men who came into his shop. He really left an impact that went beyond just giving haircuts. It’s heartbreaking to think that such a positive presence in Austell was taken away so violently. I know the justice system is working on this, but I can't help but wonder about the deeper issues that need addressing to prevent more tragedies like this. Sending all my thoughts to Meat's family and friends during this incredibly tough time.
