I've been following the tragic murder of Gerald Commodore, and it's truly disheartening to see another young life lost in the midst of Baltimore's struggles with violence. What strikes me is the sheer number of cases from 2013 that still seem to be unresolved. It's frustrating to think about how many families are left without answers. I wonder how much progress has really been made in terms of fostering cooperation between the community and law enforcement. It's not just about catching suspects but preventing these senseless acts from happening in the first place. Do any of you think there's been improvement in how Baltimore is handling community outreach in recent years? Or is it still the same cycle, year after year? My thoughts are with Gerald's family and all those affected by the violence during that period. They deserve peace and justice.
