Murray Franklin Ray was 34 when he was fatally shot on the evening of Tuesday, March 19, 2013, in Baltimore, Maryland. He was found on Wilson Street with fatal gunshot wounds. Public details about the shooting are sparse and there is no widely reported information about suspects, arrests, or charges tied to his death.

A 2013 homicide list included a notation that Ray may have killed Sonti Hayes on April 12, 2005, suggesting a possible retaliation motive, but no official confirmation of a link between the two homicides has been published.

If anyone knew Murray Ray, his movements that evening, or has information about the possible connection to the 2005 killing of Sonti Hayes, please come forward.
