Just thinking about poor Debbie Walker breaks my heart. This case has always chilled me, especially when I consider how young and innocent she was. It's unfathomable how anyone could harm a child, let alone a baby who barely had a chance to experience life. The fact that there were bloodstains at the scene, possibly belonging to the perpetrator, has always seemed like a critical piece of the puzzle that might unlock what happened that day. It must be incredibly painful for the community and any surviving family members to still not have answers after all these years. It's a stark reminder of the fragility of life and how suddenly everything can change. I sincerely hope that advances in forensic science might one day bring some justice for Debbie and her family.
