It's hard to wrap my mind around the immense impact domestic violence can have on families and communities. Reading about Alexis Boyce and her unborn twins is just so overwhelming. The fact that her own husband, someone who once served to protect, was responsible for this tragedy is deeply unsettling. What gets to me is thinking about the ripple effect on her family and friends – they're left to navigate this unimaginable loss while trying to make sense of how someone they trusted could do something so horrific. I really hope they can find some peace and healing as time goes on. Also, the part about them forgiving Michael Boyce took me by surprise. Such compassion in the face of tragedy is honestly beyond words. Does anyone know how Alexis’s family is coping now, or if there have been any updates on those who were close to her?
