Has anyone else been following the Schoulthies Young case? I recently read about a lesser-discussed aspect—the role of testosterone injections in the trial. It's so unsettling to think about how something that's supposed to improve a person's well-being could be linked to such a horrible tragedy. I can't even imagine what Sally's family has gone through, having to sit through the trial and hear all these arguments. It’s deeply frustrating that the defense was trying to use this medical treatment to explain away Michael's actions. This doesn't excuse what he did, and my heart goes out to Sally's children and her whole family. I hope they found some sense of closure with the verdict, though I'm sure the pain is still very real for them.
