It’s so sad to think about how John's life was stolen from him at just 19. I recently came across an article mentioning the importance of community involvement in solving cases like his. Isn't it crazy how sometimes the tiniest piece of information can break a case wide open? I really hope that someone who was at Sumerset Apartments that night remembers something, anything, that could help the detectives. It’s frustrating to see cases go cold, but what I find even more perplexing is how there seems to be no motive at all. For a young person to be murdered in such a violent way is alarming. Makes you wonder if there might have been something else going on that no one knew about. Keeping John’s family in my thoughts as they continue to search for answers. The pain they must be feeling is unimaginable. If anyone out there knows something, please come forward. Justice for John can only come if we all stand together to find the truth.
