I can't stop thinking about the devastating impact this has had on Liza's children. To witness such a traumatic event at such a young age is unimaginable. These poor kids not only lost their mother in such a violent way but also lost their father too. I hope they have a strong support system around them now. It’s just so painful to know that they have to live with this for the rest of their lives. I keep wondering if there was anything more that could have been done to prevent this tragedy. My heart goes out to their family and friends, who must be navigating such overwhelming grief. How do you even begin to explain something like this to young children? Wishing strength and healing to everyone involved.
I've been reflecting on the few details that have come out about the history of domestic violence in Liza Nicole Adderlini's case. It's beyond upsetting to think that someone who was meant to be her partner turned into such a threat. From what I've read, Liza did reach out for help, and it's really troubling that despite reporting Paris’s earlier attack, this tragedy wasn't prevented. It makes me furious to think about how domestic violence can sometimes spiral out of control despite somebody reaching out for help. It's just so crucial that we as a society do more to protect those vulnerable to domestic abuse and ensure their pleas don’t go unnoticed. My heart goes out to Liza’s family and those three children who have lost so much. This whole situation shows there's still so much work to be done to support victims, and I wish Liza had received the help she truly deserved.
