Has anyone else been thinking about the emotional toll this would take on their family, especially Michele's sister, Jackie? Offering to pay for rehab shows she was trying so hard to help them turn things around. I can’t imagine the helplessness and frustration she must have felt, knowing she was losing them despite her efforts. It’s just such a poignant reminder of how deep and consuming addiction can be. Jackie must have been carrying such a heavy burden, trying to support her sister while watching things spiral out of control. I really feel for her and hope she's finding some peace and support herself after everything that happened. It's such a devastating situation for a family to endure.
