I've been following Hawk's case since it first came up, and something has always intrigued me about the sightings shortly after he went missing. It's got me thinking about how he was actually seen multiple times but never seemed to stay put long enough for anyone to help or talk to him. Considering he was found dirty but not hurt, I wonder if he was deliberately avoiding contact for some reason. Maybe he was trying to distance himself from something or someone? I also find it interesting that he often attempted to walk to Anchorage. What was it about Anchorage that drew him back repeatedly? It could give us insight into his mindset. Anyone else have thoughts on why he'd disappear like that? Could it have been a personal choice, or is there more we're missing here?
I have always been curious about the recurring sightings of Hawk shortly after he went missing. It's like he was there but somehow slipped away before anyone could help. I wonder why he kept disappearing when spotted? Could he have been scared or confused, maybe trying to find something or someone? It seems like such an unusual pattern. Also, the fact that his family used to leave food and juice where they last saw him is so haunting. Did anyone ever find out if it was taken? I feel like that detail could be a clue to understanding what happened to him. It's strange how he often tried to walk all the way to Anchorage but always came back. What drove him to try making that journey repeatedly?
