I was thinking about Marc Levelt Caymite's case again today and something's been bugging me. From the reports, it sounds like the witnesses around 213 S.E. Third Ave. heard the gunshots and saw a car speeding away, but why has it been so tough to track down the car or its occupants? It’s a busy area and street cameras are everywhere these days.
