I’ve been reading about Lorenzo Moise, and something that caught my attention was the locked footbridge. I can’t shake how frustrating and tragic it must have been for Lorenzo and his friends to be trapped like that with nowhere to go. On top of dealing with danger, they faced a literal barrier. It's really unsettling to think about how a decision designed to reduce crime may have unintentionally played a role in this poor young man’s death. I just hope this aspect of the case is taken into consideration, and it pushes for more thoughtful measures in the future. Sending strength and support to Lorenzo's family and friends during such a difficult time.
Reading about Lorenzo's story just breaks my heart. I can't understand why someone so young had to face such a tragic end. What hits me the most is the image of Lorenzo and his friends trying to cross the footbridge, only to find it locked. I wonder if things might have turned out differently if they hadn't been stuck there. It's infuriating to think that safety measures meant to protect ended up being part of this tragedy. I hope someone comes forward with information that could finally bring justice to Lorenzo and his family. They deserve answers. Always keeping them in my thoughts.
