I recently came across the tragic case of Todd Thompson, and like many of you, I was struck by how such senseless violence can change lives in a moment. One thing that really stood out to me is the bravery Todd showed when he stepped in to help during the altercation at the rest stop. It takes a certain kind of person to intervene when they see someone in danger, and it speaks volumes about his character. I can't imagine the pain his family and close friends are going through, knowing he was trying to protect someone else. In situations like these, it's incredible to see how communities come together to support the bereaved. I've seen local vigils and events organized in Todd's memory, and it really shows the lasting impact of his kindness and heroism. I hope justice is served and that his family finds some measure of peace. If anyone knows of any memorials or ways to show support for Todd’s family, I'd greatly appreciate more information. RIP Todd, your courage won't be forgotten.
