Has anyone else come across any recent updates on the George McCord case? I've been trying to follow the progress, but information seems sparse lately. It's been a long time since that tragic day in Apollo Beach, and I can't imagine how difficult these years must have been for his family.
One thing that's been on my mind is the role community involvement plays in cases like this. I remember reading how crucial local input was in the initial investigations, but as time passes, do you think the community's interest and efforts tend to wane? It seems like keeping the dialogue going and the case in the public eye is essential for making any headway. If anyone knows of ways the community's been supporting the investigation or keeping George's memory alive, please share. Every bit of attention could help push this case toward justice.

The day after this happened, I was assaulted by Peter Drossos in a parking lot in Apollo Beach. I narrowly escaped. He had a shiny pistol in his hands, that he was trying to conceal from my view. He and another man that was with him, tried to run me over with their Hyundai SUV as I tried to flee. I filed a police report immediately. Shortly after this happened, I had jury duty and mentioned this to Judge Cisco.
