Does anyone else find it quite odd that there was no CCTV footage in the area where Carlos Jerome Hartfield was shot? Given it was around 10 p.m. in a populated neighborhood, you'd expect at least some security cameras nearby from homes or businesses. I've heard that sometimes even grainy or partial footage can be critical in piecing together a timeline or getting a glimpse of potential suspects. It's truly frustrating to see such a promising opportunity for evidence potentially wasted. Terribly sad for Carlos's loved ones having to deal with this, knowing an answer could be out there, just waiting to be discovered. Hopefully, someone will come forward with new information or footage.
