Hey everyone, I came across something about Kevin Kelly's case that really got me thinking, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. Did anyone else find it puzzling that it took over seven years to arrest Marcus Owens? The investigation must have been incredibly challenging, and I can't imagine how hard it must have been for Kevin's family to wait that long for answers. It's sad that Kevin's life was cut short in such a violent way, and it just seems like another example of how gun violence affects not just the victims, but their families and communities as well. Baltimore has had such a rough time dealing with these issues. Hopefully, this arrest means justice is on its way for Kevin and his loved ones. Does anyone know more about what led to the breakthrough in the case after so long?
