Has anyone else found it troubling that despite El Sanadi's role and influence at Broward Health, there didn't seem to be a support system in place for him during his health crisis? It's incredibly sad to think that someone in his position might have felt isolated or unsupported while dealing with his recovery and professional stress. We often talk about mental health support for medical staff, but even leaders need that safety net. I can't help but wonder if there were ways to better support him before it came to this tragic end. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family who must be dealing with this profound loss, especially given how unexpected it was for them.
