I’ve been thinking about the people living in The Meadows apartments and how they might be feeling after such a tragic event. It’s got to be really scary to know that something so terrible happened right outside their homes. The fact that this shooting and another violent incident happened so close together must be so unsettling for the community. I hope the residents feel a sense of relief now that the suspect has been arrested, but I wonder if there’s lingering fear or anxiety about safety in the area. Sending my thoughts to Trevius's family and all those in the community as they cope with this tough time. It’s a reminder of how important it is to look out for each other and work together to prevent further violence.
