I came across this case recently and was struck by how much community support seemed to play a role after the arrests were made. It's a bit of a laid-back neighborhood, but I wonder if people realized how closely they needed to come together after something so traumatic. I read elsewhere that neighbors really came forward during the investigation, which makes me glad to know that there's still a sense of unity when things get tough. It's devastating what happened to Jennie and Demetrius, but it's comforting to see people rally for justice. Has anyone heard more about how the community has been holding up since then?
