I've been following Jermiel and Phil's case closely since the tragic night in August 2016. One aspect that I find especially concerning is the impact this incident might have on the local community's sense of safety. These were two young men with promising futures, and it’s just so unsettling to think that this happened in a place where residents wouldn’t typically expect such violence. I wonder if there have been any community meetings or security efforts put in place since this shooting. It’s important for the neighborhood to feel safe again, and I can’t imagine the ongoing fear that might be present there now. Perhaps that’s something the local authorities could focus on, in addition to solving the case. To Jermiel's and Phil's families, my heart goes out to you. I can’t begin to imagine the profound loss you’re experiencing. I sincerely hope there’s a breakthrough soon. It's crucial for everyone involved that the community comes together and supports each other, potentially bringing any leads to light that could help solve this case.
