It's been seven years since Alfred Lewis Lance III's tragic death, and it still shakes me that his case seems to be in limbo. I can't imagine the agony his family must feel with so many unresolved questions. Reading about the lawsuit against Kings Trail Apartments makes me think about the importance of security measures in residential places. You'd expect some level of safety when you live somewhere, but it seems like this was sadly lacking. It makes me wonder how many other places are cutting corners on security. Also, the complications with the insurance coverage sound like a nightmare. It's already tough dealing with loss, and then having to navigate through legal hoops? It’s overwhelming just to think about. I really hope someone out there knows something or has information that could bring justice for Alfred. If anyone here has been keeping up with this case or knows more, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
