Has anyone else been thinking about the impact this must have had on the employees at the pawn shop? I can’t imagine how traumatic it must have been for them to witness such a violent event firsthand. They were just going about their regular day, and suddenly they were thrown into this terrifying situation. It must have been incredibly hard for them to process everything that happened, not to mention the feeling of responsibility or helplessness they might carry. I hope they've been able to access some counseling or support in the aftermath. This tragedy affected so many lives, beyond just Ricardo's immediate family. It really brings into focus how ripples of a crime like this spread far and wide within a community.
