I've been following the case of Bobby Duverny, and there's one detail that really got me thinking - the role of the gun's owner, who we haven’t heard much about. What responsibilities do they bear in all this? I know gun owners can face various legal or personal consequences if their firearm is used negligently or ends up in the wrong hands. It's just so essential for anyone with a firearm to ensure it's stored safely and not accessible to others without permission.
