Hey everyone, I've been following Darvis Houston's case for a while now and something really bothers me about the way these imposters managed to pull off their awful plan. It's so chilling to think that they used tactical-like clothing to disguise themselves as officers of the law. This tactic clearly reflects an unsettling level of premeditation and deceit. What gets me is how we’re supposed to trust law enforcement to protect us, yet these criminals twisted that trust for their own gain. It makes you wonder just how far someone would go to manipulate trust to get what they want. Does anyone else feel uneasy about this? I can’t help but think of how vulnerable it made Darvis feel, like he had no reason to believe they weren’t who they said they were.
