I recently came across the case of Brenda Liz Montanez-Crespo and her colleagues who were tragically killed at Fiamma Inc. in 2017. One aspect that really struck me was how John Robert Neumann Jr. had a known history of violence, yet there hadn't been any preventive actions taken by the company or authorities beforehand. It's alarming to think that despite his troubling behavior, he was able to carry out such a horrific act. Does anyone else think there should be more proactive measures in place for companies to address employees with violent tendencies? I'm trying to wrap my head around how this was allowed to escalate to such a point, especially when he apparently had an incident in 2014. Those poor families are now left to deal with the aftermath of something that might have been preventable. My thoughts are with them.
