I've been thinking a lot about the nature of workplace disputes, especially when they escalate to such tragic ends like what happened between Lazaro Gonzalez Torres and Andres Gonzalez-Fernandez. It's so incredibly sad for everyone involved, especially Lazaro’s family, who’ve lost someone dear to them. I can’t help but wonder if there were any signs or opportunities to intervene before it got to this point. Knowing that law enforcement had to be involved between these two in the past, I’m curious about what measures could have been taken to defuse their tensions earlier. Does anyone know if companies usually have support or mediation systems for conflicts like this? It seems like something more could have been done to prevent such a terrible outcome. My thoughts are with Lazaro's family during this difficult time; they have experienced such a devastating loss.
