Has anyone else been curious about the timing of the home renovations Jerry Osborne did right after Susan and Evan disappeared? It just seems too coincidental to me. I understand updating or renovating a house, but doing it so soon after your wife and stepson go missing raises red flags. Removing furniture, changing floors, and finding burn piles on the property make it seem like he was trying to cover something up, don't you think? The fact that Susan's car was left behind but some of their belongings were missing just adds to this mystery. Why was the car left but not their other items? It's frustrating that there haven't been any charges. What are everyone else's thoughts on this?

Has anyone else taken a closer look at the timeline of the house renovations Jerry Osborne made right after Susan and Evan disappeared? It's intriguing to me that he remodeled so quickly, especially with changes that seem pretty major, like new flooring. It makes you wonder if he was trying to hide something. I've seen other cases where home renovations were a red flag, but this one feels especially eerie given the burn piles found on the property. Do we know if law enforcement analysed those piles for any forensic evidence? There seems to be a lot of circumstantial evidence that would warrant deeper investigation. What do you all think about the renovations in the context of the case?
