Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about the Charles Jackson case that happened back in 2015. It's so tough to see another unsolved tragedy in Baltimore, especially during a year filled with so much violence. One thing that's been on my mind is the lack of surveillance footage in the area where Charles was killed. It's baffling how in this day and age, security cameras are still not as widespread as one would hope, particularly in areas that seem to need them most. Surely, having those extra eyes on the street could help solve these cases faster and deter criminal activity.
It breaks my heart to know that Charles' family has to live without answers. If only there were more resources dedicated to installing and monitoring surveillance systems in neighborhoods like Denison Street. It seems like it could really make a difference in bringing some peace to families who have lost their loved ones.
Anyone else have thoughts on how communities could push for better security measures? It feels like something needs to change so we can prevent more lives from being lost and forgotten.
Thanks for letting me share my thoughts.
Has anyone else been looking into the Charles Jackson case? I can't stop thinking about his family and loved ones left without answers. It's truly unimaginable what they must be going through, especially when justice feels so elusive. I noticed a lot of these cases from Baltimore around that time didn't seem to get much media attention, which is really concerning. It's like they just ended up as statistics in a report and not the lives they really were. Does anyone know if there’s been any movement on community efforts or groups trying to bring attention back to these unsolved cases? Feels like there needs to be more focus on demanding answers and advocating for the victims. Every case deserves to be solved.
I've been following the case of Charles Jackson for some time now, and I can't stop thinking about how much he's another victim caught in a wave of violence that seems overwhelming. It’s so frustrating that there were no eyewitnesses or video evidence to help bring his killer to justice. I feel for his family, who must be living with so many unanswered questions. Baltimore deserves better, and it’s heartbreaking to see another case go cold due to a lack of solid leads. I keep hoping someone will come forward with information. His loved ones deserve peace and closure, and I hope they find it sooner rather than later. It's just so incredibly unfair.
