Hey everyone, I’ve been following the tragic case of Teon Edward Simms and just wanted to share a thought about the lack of surveillance cameras in that area. It’s incredibly frustrating knowing that in 2015, Baltimore was grappling with a crime wave, yet areas known for high criminal activity still didn't have the necessary surveillance to aid investigations. The impact on Teon's case is heartbreaking. It's a stark reminder of how these gaps can hinder justice for victims and their families. Without video evidence, it makes it that much harder for detectives to track down the culprit and piece together what happened that day. I really feel for his family and friends because they're left waiting and hoping for some breakthrough that might never come. It makes me wonder how many other cases are stalled due to similar circumstances and what we as a community can do to push for better preventive measures. Would love to hear your thoughts on this. Do you think increasing surveillance could make a significant difference in such neighborhoods?
