Has anyone else been following the details about the autopsy report in the Paul Darmetko case? It's devastating to think about what he went through. A .22 caliber bullet to the back of the head just feels so cold and calculated. It's hard to reconcile that with Eric Dacosta's claims of self-defense. I know drugs and mental health issues were mentioned, but it doesn't make the whole dismemberment aspect any less horrifying. Darmetko's family must be going through so much pain thinking about those last moments. It's a chilling reminder of how quickly things can spiral out of control and how crucial it is to address mental health issues before it's too late. I've read some people talking about what a kind person he was despite his struggles; no one deserves to be taken from the world in such a brutal way. My thoughts are with those who loved him.

I'm just trying to wrap my head around the different portrayals of Paul. It's tough to reconcile the person Dacosta described with the accounts from Paul's acquaintances. Has anyone else looked into the business relationships Paul had? Someone mentioned he was stressed from a divorce, but I'm curious if there were other pressures, maybe conflicts over a deal or something that could explain Dacosta's fear claims. Just finding it hard to see how this could escalate to such a brutal end. My thoughts are with Paul's family during such a horrible time.
