It's been almost five years since Chad Harris and Ra'Shawn Brown were brutally taken from their families, and I can't help but feel a deep frustration that there still hasn't been a break in the case. I didn't know Chad personally, but watching the impact his loss has had on the community is heart-wrenching. He was a beacon of positivity for so many young kids in Palm Bay, dedicating his time to shaping young athletes with his unshakeable spirit and gentle guidance.
It’s so upsetting to think that these guys just walked right into his home, inflicting unspeakable pain on those he left behind. Just imagining the fear they must have faced in those moments breaks my heart. Why did it have to happen to someone who gave so much?
