I’ve been following the trial of Reinaldo Martinez since it began, and one aspect that's really been on my mind is the role of witness statements in this case. It’s clear they’ve played a significant part in the charges against him, but I can’t help but wonder how reliable these statements are. Witnesses can often have a lot of pressure put on them, and memories aren't always perfect, especially under stress. I truly feel for the family and friends of Carlos Manzanares during this time because they deserve clarity and justice for their loss. With the legal process being what it is, it must be incredibly difficult for them to relive everything through the trial. Sending thoughts to them as the situation unfolds.?️
