I've been thinking a lot about the Strawn case, and one part that really gets to me is how isolated Terry might have felt leading up to that day. Even being someone with a solid career and recognition like Deputy of the Year couldn't shield him from the struggles he faced. It's incredibly sad to think that someone could feel so overwhelmed and alone while surrounded by family, colleagues, and a community that respected him. I keep wondering if there was any indication beforehand, any small sign that someone could have picked up on. Mental health and financial troubles can be such silent battles. While nothing can excuse what happened, it does make me reflect on the importance of checking in on those around us, even the ones who seem the strongest. My heart goes out to Theresa, Londyn, Courtney, and everyone affected by this tragedy. ?
