Hey everyone, I’ve been looking into Dante Lamont Barnes’ case and I can't stop thinking about the community he was part of. It's so sad to see neighborhoods consistently rattled by violence. I was reading that the 1000 block of North Kenwood Avenue is no stranger to these kinds of events, and it makes me wonder about the resources available for residents who might be living in fear or distress because of it. What about local community programs or neighborhood watches? Are they receiving enough support? The ripple effects of these tragedies go beyond the immediate loss and affect so many lives. My heart goes out to Dante's family and everyone in the area dealing with such ongoing violence.
