I've been reading through the threads about Cyril Smith, and I can't stop thinking about the role that security (or lack thereof) might have played in this tragedy. It seems likely that a place like Club 54 would attract large crowds, especially during late-night hours. I’m left wondering why there wasn’t more done to prevent something like this.
I can’t even begin to imagine the pain and frustration Cyril’s family and friends are enduring—losing someone so young and so unjustly.
