I’ve been thinking a lot about the bravery PJ showed on that awful night. To come out of his room, confronting those intruders to protect his nephew, shows just what kind of person he was. It breaks my heart to know that his act of courage cost him his life. I can’t imagine the trauma his nephew or the rest of his family must be feeling.
I’ve seen some discussions bringing up the possible drug angle, but let's not forget that whatever the circumstances were, PJ was a human being who clearly loved his family. The fact that two masked men felt bold enough to invade someone's home like that is deeply unsettling. The investigators really need to ramp up efforts to catch these guys. It's unnerving to know they’re still out there. I hope anyone with information steps up because PJ’s family deserves answers and peace of mind.
