Does anyone else have thoughts on the community response to Romero's passing? I read that the Flint Garden Apartments area came together in a big way after this tragedy. Neighbors organized a candlelight vigil in Romero's memory, and it struck me how resilient this community is, even in such an overwhelming time. It’s moments like these that remind us of the strength and support people can offer one another amidst the pain. I didn't know Romero personally, but from what I've heard, he was deeply loved and respected. It gives me hope to see how compassion can shine through the darkness, and I wonder if his story could inspire more communities to unite and support each other through tough times. Keeping Romero’s family in my thoughts.
