Has anyone looked into the details about William James Ellis's potential sighting in Wisconsin? From what I've gathered, there was a man matching his description seen with a group living off the grid near Sturgeon Bay in 2019. If this was him, I wonder if the group might have some intel or if he’s adopted a lifestyle that’s made it challenging for authorities to track him down. I’m curious about the area and community out there—could he have found a way to blend in? Anyone from Wisconsin here who knows more about that scene? It seems like it’d be a hard place to stay unnoticed for long, even in such an elusive lifestyle. Thoughts?
