I’ve been following Ricardo De Lara's case, and something that sticks with me is the shattered back doors of his home. It feels like such an intentional act to create maximum chaos and terror. Imagine the fear Ricardo must have felt in those final moments. It makes me wonder what kind of person could plan something so cold-hearted.
The fact that no substantial leads have emerged yet is incredibly frustrating. Ricardo was clearly a cherished member of his family and community, and it pains me that his loved ones still lack the answers they need.
I can't stop thinking about his nephew and niece, who probably still miss playing those video games and cooking with him. To have someone so full of life taken away in such a horrific manner is a senseless tragedy.
