I've been following Malik's case closely and am struck by how much was lost that night. I read that residents at College Square Apartments had reported hearing a loud argument before the gunshots. It's devastating to think how quickly things escalated and ended in the loss of such a vibrant life. Hearing about Malik's plan to move to Houston and start anew makes this even more tragic. By all accounts, he was a beloved person with so much potential. Sending my deepest sympathies to his loved ones who are dealing with this unimaginable grief. Does anyone know if those noise reports influenced the investigation at all, or led to faster identification of the suspects? It's important we continue to support Malik's family and ensure justice is served.
