Hey everyone, I came across Keith Delano Vaughn’s case while looking into some other tragic incidents in Baltimore from 2016, and I can’t stop thinking about the community impact. The murder took place in a residential area on Fairview Avenue — something that really hits home for me because it shows just how close to home these violent acts can occur. It’s terrifying to think about how even your own neighborhood, where you should feel safest, can become a scene of violence so suddenly. It's so important that we continue to discuss these cases and push for changes in our communities. Neighborhoods should be places of peace, not fear. My heart goes out to Keith’s family and all those affected by the countless similar events in Baltimore that year. We’ve got to keep shining a spotlight on these tragic losses to bring about real change.
