I can't stop thinking about Marcus's story and how dedicated he was to helping others, especially the way he invested his Saturdays to feed the homeless. It makes the senseless nature of his death even more painful. You can really feel how much he meant to the community through the continued support and vigils. The part that gets me is imagining how excited he must have been about becoming a father. His child will never get the chance to know firsthand what a kind and giving person Marcus was. I truly hope that someone with information comes forward soon. These acts of kindness and love he showed shouldn't vanish without finding the justice he rightfully deserves. Marcus's legacy is too important to be forgotten, and his family needs all the support to get through this and find some semblance of peace.
