Has anyone else been following the developments in the Jontae Keith Merritt case? I've been thinking a lot about the forensic evidence they've uncovered. The fact that the blood splatter and cartridge casings contradicted Kemp and Bartley's self-defense claims is quite telling. It's tough to swallow knowing they tried to paint Jontae as the aggressor when the evidence seems to say otherwise. It's hard to even imagine what his family must be going through, having to hear all these details while seeking justice for Jontae. I hope there is a thorough and fair resolution, and that the truth truly prevails in court.
