I've been following the tragic story of Tony Alonzo Jr. Edmonds, and my heart goes out to everyone who knew him. It's really unnerving how gun violence snatches lives away so suddenly, and Tony's case is just another reminder of how much Baltimore is struggling with this issue. I attended a vigil held by the community a while back, and the shared pain and solidarity were palpable. Many there spoke so fondly of Tony, mentioning his kindness and vibrant spirit. It’s devastating to see a life ended so abruptly. I genuinely hope that even amidst the chaos, the camaraderie of the community can offer some solace to his family. Fingers crossed that justice will eventually be served for Tony and the many others in similar situations.
