Did anyone else notice how the location of the incident might have played a role in the lack of eyewitnesses? Embarcadero Drive isn’t always bustling with activity, especially on a weekend afternoon. It makes me wonder if the shooter chose that spot intentionally, knowing there wouldn’t be many people around to witness anything. I feel so sorry for De'Andre’s family; it must be incredibly frustrating not having any answers. I really hope someone who was nearby that day finds the courage to come forward with any little detail they might remember. It could be the piece of the puzzle the police need to move forward with the case.
