Hey everyone, I’ve been diving into the Donald Allen Warren case recently. I was doing some background on the area around Pahrump, NV, and I'm curious if anyone has insights into the local scene back in the late '70s or early '80s? Casinos can be a bit of a black hole when it comes to tracking people. Does anyone know if there were any particular casinos around Pahrump at that time that someone might drift to if they weren't trying to lay low? Also, it's interesting that he was able to obtain a driver’s license there under the name "Donald Paynter." Was it that easy to get a license back then without much documentation? I feel like this could be a crucial part in piecing together what might have happened. Any ideas?
