I’ve been following the case of Theresa Lanham and her family, and I'm trying to wrap my head around Bryan Riley’s delusions that led him down such a dark path. It’s chilling how his mind was so lost in the belief of rescuing an imaginary child. I can’t imagine the fear and confusion Theresa and her family must have felt during those horrific moments. This tragedy not only took away beautiful lives but also reminds us of how crucial mental health awareness is. It's devastating to think about the 11-year-old girl's courage to survive and recount everything she went through. My heart goes out to her and everyone touched by this senseless act.
