I was thinking about the way community events or rides like these bring people together, and it's incredibly sad to see such a joyous occasion end in tragedy. Domonic and the other riders were probably just out to enjoy a shared passion, taking in the thrill and camaraderie of the ride. It's supposed to be a fun, liberating experience, not one that turns deadly. Every time I see groups of bikers or ATV riders, there's such a sense of unity and freedom. The fact that Domonic's family and friends have to deal with this senseless loss while others continue to ride, perhaps worried for their safety now, is just so deeply unfair. If anyone was there that day, or even heard anything afterward, it's crucial that they share any details, no matter how small they might seem. Domonic’s family and friends deserve answers and some measure of peace, as difficult as that might be. My heart goes out to them all.
