I was reading about the Justin Cox case, and I can't stop thinking about the location where it happened. Old Winter Garden Road has such a dark history with violent events like this. It’s so eerie to think Justin's life was cut short there. I grew up in a nearby neighborhood, and while it’s always been a bit rough around the edges, it’s disheartening to realize how normalized violence has become. I remember hearing about incidents there from time to time, and it makes me wonder if the community feels numb at this point. With all these past incidents, you'd think there would be a bigger push from the locals or authorities to increase security measures or come together to make the area safer. But it seems like not much has changed. It's tough; Justin's family must be struggling with not only their grief but also with the thought that this might happen to someone else unless things improve. I hope the community rallies around his family and finds a way to aid in the investigation. Sometimes, it just takes one piece of information to break a case wide open. My thoughts are with Justin's loved ones and everyone trying to cope with this loss.
